USING THE PROJECTOR LIGHT
You can project any image using the projector light.
Load the projector light into your scene. Making sure that the
projector light is selected, enter the 'Material Room' and navigate to
the material library '! Render Studio\Projector Lights and select and
load any projector image from the library.
You can use an 'Intensity Map' with the projector image to make only parts of the image show in the render.
Intensity maps have to
be loaded manually. After loading the image onto your projector light,
create a new 'Image Map' node. Connect the new 'Image Map' node to the
'intensity' of the light node.
In the 'image source' section of the 'Image Map' node load an
intensity map. You can find a selection of these at
Runtime\Textures\RDNA\RenderStudio\Projector.
USING THE BASE SETUPS
The 'Base Setups'
light library contains a set of Render Studio lights that are already
set up and ready to use. They mimick tried and trusted photographic
light setups and give excellent results in rendering. You can 'add'
lights to these sets in Poser 7 and up.
They were set up with V4 in the zero 'T' position so the lights may
need slight re-direction and alignment for other poses or figures.
Light Manager
Designed by
'ShaderWorks', 'Light Manager' is similar to a lighting mixing desk.
Although it can be used with Poser 7 and PoserPro, without 'Light
Manager' Poser 6 users would not be able to use 'Render Studio'. In
Poser 6 it is not possible to add light sets to Poser 6 scenes that
already contain lights.
Light Manager allows you to graphically see what lights you are using
and to change the intensity and color of all the 'Main' Render Studio
lights ( Main lights are all the single lights in the main folder of
the '! Render Studio' lights library. You can load IBL lights and
projector images within Light Manager also.
Due to the restriction that OpenGL can only display 8 lights you can
choose to delete all the lights that you are not using. If you are
using eight lights or less all lights can be previewed in the Poser
document window.
For complete instructions on using 'Light Manager' please refere to the included documentation.
